This notice explains what personal data Yet to Decide collects on this website, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What the free tools do with your inputs

The Cost-of-Delay calculator and Life-in-weeks tool run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you share a result, the numbers are placed in the link; opening that link sends them to our server only to draw the result, and we don't store them.

Early access sign-up

If you join early access, we collect:

• your email address;
• which page or tool you signed up from, and a one-line summary of that result;
• the date and time you gave consent.

Purpose: to email you when the app is ready, bring your saved result into the app, and send occasional tips. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data, to count visits and see which pages are useful.

We also keep a daily count of a few steps, like “a statement was made” or “the quiz was finished”, so we can see where people stop. It's only a number for each day: never who did it, and nothing you typed.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare, for hosting, security checks (Turnstile) and analytics
• Supabase, for the database that stores the early access list

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email privacy@yettodecide.online. You can also raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Age

Yet to Decide is for people aged 18 and over.

Retention

We keep early access emails until the app launches and you decide whether to create an account, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
