When will you do it?

How we worked this out
  1. Now: 5 hours × 365 days ÷ 24 = 76 full days a year.
  2. Above your aim: 5 minus 3 = 2 hours a day, or 2 × 365 ÷ 24 = 30 days a year.
  3. Since you meant to cut down: 2 hours × 7 days × 12 weeks = 168 hours.
  4. How much it matters to you: 7 out of 10. It only changes the order on your statement.
